Help with reviewing a wordy article
I have been assigned the task of reviewing an article of my colleague. He has to send the article for publishing to a technical journal.
The article has very long paragraphs but doesn’t cover too many technical concepts. This is the second round of review and I am wondering how to make these suggestions without being overly critical.

Re: Help with reviewing a wordy article

As a reviewer you are an important piece of the puzzle that helps the writer polish his article.

While reviewing, its important to keep the big picture in mind. Make sure that you point out the strengths and weaknesses of the writeup and offer a balanced feedback.
