Global English ---- how would you define it?

Posted on behalf of Soma

Now days everyone wants a writer who can write in Global English. What do you understand from this? Is it the ability to write English per any given country (such as American, British or Indian English)? or is this a  new version of English altogether?

I'm confused!

I think its when you write US english for an American audience or British english for a UK audience. Basically if you can write for different audiences, you can write global english.
