Hey there! Count me in - Am a die hard fan of Sherlock Holmes. Not only have I read almost all Sir  Arthur Conan Doyle works, but have watched the series on TV too. Pretty well done I must say.

What I love about Sherlock Holmes was his astute observation and deduction skills and his singular lack of interest in women. In only one case he admitted that he found her attractive and kept her photograph, much to the astonishment of Watson.

I'm a Sherlock Holmes fan, Sara. I particularly like British sleuths and even the French and Italian - there are some very good detective stories and crime thrillers but I admit that Holmes is a classic. The scenes that surround some of his plots if not the darker, Gothic ones tend to picturesque and colourful. I enjoy his wry humour over Watson.
