experience. Experience with writing user manuals, system documentation, process documentation etc.

Skills: Job Responsibility:- Will be responsible for creation and continuous updation of the knowledge base and FAQs for the

contact center and transaction processing team. Will work closely with the SDC team leads and Domain experts to ensure the

accuracy and comprehensiveness of the content.
