Job Description: We are looking for Senior Instructional Designers with the following skills:

1. Experience in audience analysis and developing instructional strategies
2. Must be good in English writing and editing
3. Sound understanding of instructional design models
4. Experience in mapping information and writing instructional objectives; structuring content; creating assessments for ILTs, WBTs and CBT
5. Experience in coordinating with Subject Matter Experts to develop syllabus/course structures
6. Experience in conducting reviews to ensure effective instructional design implementation and quality assurance
7. Proficiency in all tasks performed by an instructional designer
8. Experience in the use of media such as graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, animations, and simulations in instruction and familiarity with Web-related technologies
