How does the payment system work?
Click Buy Now on the product page to access the payments page. You will be required to provide a valid email address to which the file download link will be emailed. You will also receive a payment confirmation email from Paypal.
Save the emails you get from Paypal confirming your payment and save a screenshot of the payments page, incase of any technical problems this will help us retrieve your order.
Once you make the payment, the file is available for download to your desktop. Please download the file immediately as it will be available only for a limited time span. You will NOT be able to access the file after this period to view OR download it.

How do I get in touch with my instructor?
To send a query to your instructor or to submit your completed assignments or final test, please send an email to chillifreeze@chillibreeze.com with your course name OR course code in the subject line. If you do not receive a reply in 3 working days, please resend the email with “Query” in the subject line in case the mail has gone astray. Your instructor will respond to simple queries within 3 to 4 working days and will revert with evaluated answer sheets between 4 days and a week.
What are the grades and scores for a Chillifreeze course?
If the course you are taking has a final test and/or intermediate assignments evaluated by the instructor, then you will receive a certificate at the end of the course upon successful completion/submission of all assignments and tests. The instructor will not award marks or % scores, instead all candidates will be given a grade between A1 and C2, with A1 being awarded to exceptional candidates and C2 being the lowest score.
