At Write Match clients post projects and hire freelance writers in a safe and business-friendly environment.
Writers can access a variety of projects, while working independently from home.
I thought Chillibreeze was a content services company. Is it also a forum for writers?
Chillifreeze was launched in by Chillibreeze Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading content and design provider in India. Chillifreeze is positioned as a one-stop shop for writers and offers courses, mentorship, certifications, job postings, project matching services and freelancing and writing guides as well as blogs and discussion boards for writers to interact with each other.
Chillibreeze and Chillifreeze are two separate websites.
Chillibreeze is perfect for clients who are looking for services that take care of the project management, editing, QC and plagiarism checks including responsibility for the final product.
The Write Match service at Chillifreeze is designed to provide Clients an opportunity to outsource content development to freelance writers at lower costs, at a price of their choosing without the high commissions normally charged by agencies and intermediaries.

Who should use Write Match?
Anyone who needs content written can use Write Match to find the right writer for their project. Write Match is user friendly and you will be able to outsource content development to freelance writers at lower costs, at a price of your choosing without the high commissions normally charged by agencies and intermediaries. This service allows you to communicate directly with writers on their projects (after completion of the selection and payment process); thereby offering a higher degree of control on the process and deliverables
How does the Write Match service work?
You post your project details using a simple form on Chillifreeze or mail your project details to writematch@chillifreeze.com
Your project offer is posted on the Write Match Projects Forum
Writers use the open Write Match Projects Forum to apply for projects.
Once you shortlist the writer/s for a project, you mail us at writematch@chillifreeze.com informing us of the writers you have selected.
We send you an online invoice so you can pay the project fee in advance.
The selected writer(s) gets in touch with you and work begins.
Once writer/ writers are selected, you are not permitted to sub- select writers or retract your decision.
The payment is released to the writer(s) once they complete the work according to your original specifications.
Note: Please cc writematch@chillifreeze.com on all mails related to the project (including mails to the writer)
How does the Payment process work?
You select writer/s for a project and inform us.
We send you an online invoice so you pay the project fee in advance.
The entire amount is set aside until the project is completed.
The payment is released to the writer(s) once they complete the work according to your original specifications.
If the amount to be transferred is over $800 our accounts department will send a wire transfer invoice. (You pay the wire transfer fees)
What if there is a dispute after the project is completed?
Since the project details are finalized at the outset, you shouldn't have any problems.
We recommend that Clients provide as much detail as possible in their brief to the writers to ensure the final output is what they require. Where possible, samples of the type of final output (from other sites, or your old collateral) you expect could be shared to further enhance the brief.
However, in case of any issues please mail us at admin@chillifreeze.com If you can prove poor quality service from the writer or prolonged delay of project deliverables, Chillibreeze offers you the option of selecting fresh writers from those who have bid for the project. If you choose not to go for this option then the commission less Chillibreeze administration charges of 15% will be refunded to you by Chillibreeze.
