Write Match - FAQ for Writers

What is Write Match?

Write Match is an online marketplace offered by www.chillifreeze.com, a portal exclusively for freelance writers.

At Write Match clients post projects and hire freelance writers in a safe and business-friendly environment.


Writers can access a variety of projects, while working independently from home.

When you register  and log into Chillifreeze you can view projects posted by Clients on the open Write Match Projects Forum .

You can bid for for projects  on the Write Match Projects Forum by  selecting and replying to the project of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE: You are not permitted to post any contact information on the projects forum.

The client will award work if your profile and response matches project requirements.

Once you are short listed for a specific project the Client will mail us at writematch@chillifreeze.com

You will receive a mail from us informing you about your selection.

You  mail us your approval  at writematch@chillifreeze.com

You will be introduced to the client and start work based on the details the Client communicated to you.

Note: Please cc writematch@chillifreeze.com on all mails to the related to the project ( including mails to the writer)

Once the assignment is complete and the client signs off the project you will be paid by Chillifreeze.

Chillifreeze retains 15% of the total  project fee.

The Client rates your performance at the end of the project.

How do I apply for a project?

When you register and log into Chillifreeze you automatically have access to the Write Match Projects Forum

You can bid for for projects  on the Write Match Projects Forum by  selecting and replying to the project of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE: You are not permitted to post any contact information on the projects forum.

The client will award work if your profile and response match project requirements.

It is mandatory to post your resume and sample of work in the WM writers forum and provide a link to the same when applying for projects.

You can Post Your Profile Online to enhance your chances of being selected.

Do I need to have a writer profile to bid for projects?

No, but it will help if you do so , as you can add a quick link to your profile when you bid for projects on the Write Match Projects Forum.

How do I get paid?

You will be paid by Chillifreeze once the client signs off completion of the project.

Do not disclose details of your Bank Account /Personal Contact Information to Clients since Chillifreeze will release the payment to you upon completion of the project.

How much do you charge for this service?

Write Match charge 15 percent of the total project fee, so you get to keep 85 percent of what the client is offering.

Is there a limit to the number of projects I can apply to?

You can apply for multiple projects, but will be awarded work based on your suitability to the project.

How do I know the client has selected me?

Once you  are selected for a project you will receive an email from writematch@chillifreeze.com .

You mail us your acceptance and we will introduce you to the Client.

The Client will brief you on the project details.

Once I am selected, what is the next step?

You confirm your acceptance by mailing writematch@chillifreeze.com

You are introduced to the client and can correspond directly and complete the project as per Client specifications.

How do I get started?

Browse and bid for projects at the Write Match Projects Forum by selecting the project of your choice and replying to it.
