Write Match- FAQ for Clients
What is Write Match?
Write Match is an online marketplace offered by www.chillifreeze.com, an exclusive portal for freelance writers.
At Write Match clients post projects and hire freelance writers in a safe and business-friendly environment.
Writers can access a variety of projects, while working independently from home.
Who should use Write Match?
Anyone who needs content written can use Write Match to find the right writer for their project.
How does the Write Match service work?
You post your project using a simple form on Chillifreeze
Your project offer is posted on the Write Match Projects Forum
Writers use the open Write Match Projects Forum to apply for projects.
Once you shortlist the writer/s for a project, you can send an email to writematch@chillifreeze.com informing us of the writers you have selected.
We send you an online invoice so you can pay the project fee in advance.
The selected writer(s) gets in touch with you and work begins.
Once writer/ writers are selected, you are not permitted to sub- select writers or retract your decision.
The payment is released to the writer(s) once they complete the work according to your original specifications.
Note: Please cc writematch@chillifreeze.com on all mails related to the project (including mails to the writer)
How does the Payment process work?
You fill out the Write Match form with the project details and the payment offered.
Once you select writers for your project and inform us of the names of those selected, we send you an electronic Paypal invoice which has the option of using the following credit cards: (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal)
If your order is over $800 our accounts department will send a wire transfer invoice. (You pay the wire transfer fees)
You make the payment in advance and the entire amount is set aside until the project is completed.
Payment is released to the Writer only once they complete the work according to your original specifications.
What if there is a dispute after the project is completed?
Since the project details are finalized at the outset, you shouldn't have any problems. We recommend that Clients provide as much detail as possible in their brief to the writers to ensure the final output is what they require. Where possible, samples of the type of final output (from other sites, or your old collateral) you expect could be shared to further enhance the brief. However, in case of any issues please mail us at disputeresolution@chillifreeze.com.
The writer did a great job! How do I submit feedback about a writer?
Please send all feedback to feedback@chillifreeze.com.
Upon completion of projects, we also have a rating sheet that can be used to provide feedback about the writer.
We will make sure your feedback is shared with the writer concerned.
